Fees

My hourly rate is £200.00 plus VAT

The price for the majority of work I carryout is agreed in advance in a fixed sum. Sometimes I charge an hourly rate but agree a cap on the total time I spend to limit your costs, this is known as a capped fee.

A no win no fee agreement is where I agreed to undertake work on your behalf but you are only liable to pay my fee in the event I am successful. A discounted fee agreement is similar to a no win no fee agreement save that in the event your claim is not successful you will agree to pay a discounted fee.
